What Makes the TAIDEN HCS-8600 Series Unique?
1. Multi-Channel Video Display
Up to 10 video signals are accessible to users on demand. TAIDEN encoders allow encoding and network transmitting of HDMI, SDI, VGA and AV signals so that integrators can maintain a high-quality video resolution for hybrid meetings or videoconferences.
2. Paperless Functions on a 10” Touchscreen
The new HCS-8668 Multimedia Terminal has a 10” capacitive touch panel supporting multi-touch, and the screen resolution has been raised to 1280 x 800. The size and angle of the display is calculated to keep meeting attendees focused on content. It is possible to upload files directly on the unit via USB port.
3. Integration with Videoconferencing Platforms
The 5 megapixel camera can be used for terminal-to-terminal video intercom or for videoconferencing, and with built-in support of third-party videoconferencing platforms like Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and KUDO, everyone in the room can enjoy seamless remote or hybrid meetings.
4. E Ink Nameplate Integration
TAIDEN’s innovative electronic nameplate can be built into the multimedia terminal to help identify attendees at meetings. Using E Ink, an advanced non-glaring display technology, requires ultra low power, and the content can remain displayed on the unit after it has been powered down.
5. Video Monitor Delegate Unit
No touchscreen, no camera – one version of the TAIDEN multimedia terminal series simply combines all the traditional features of a conference system with a high-resolution monitor. It’s the perfect, cost-effective solution for meeting rooms requiring video streaming or simultaneous interpretation.
