Location: Sparks, NV | Room Type: City Council Chamber
The conference main unit selected is capable of sending audio signals to multiple different outputs with independent signal processing. This feature was needed by the production team at the City of Sparks to make council chamber digital recordings, government broadcastings and video streaming more flexible and easier to manage.
Push-to-talk delegate stations with detachable gooseneck microphones, built-in loudspeakers and voting buttons were installed within the council chamber to provide the Mayor, the Council Members and the staff with an easy-to-use device for increasing intelligibility and capturing meeting data. Legislative management software installed at the Clerk’s PC will allow for creating, displaying and archiving agenda proposals and voting items.
